To register and maintain an Account on beta48, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. beta48 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
beta48 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
An Account shall be considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. beta48 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with prevailing platform policy, with advance notice provided by email.

beta48 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed, and associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. beta48 targets the following processing timeframes, which are indicative and not guaranteed:

The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any conversion costs or bank charges arising from cross-currency transactions are the sole responsibility of the Player.

beta48's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in this Clause shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by beta48's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Upon Account closure, Player Funds held in the Account (excluding any Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Beta48 will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by a legitimate Account suspension or closure.
beta48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
The version of the Terms in force on the date of any disputed event shall govern that dispute.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this Clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
In the first instance, disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint, including your Account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and the nature of the complaint. beta48 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The seat of arbitration and the language of proceedings shall be English. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on both parties.
